My coin balance disappeared
Your coin balance is stored in your browser's local storage. If you've cleared your browser data, switched browsers, or used a different device, your previous balance won't be accessible. On any new device or session, you'll automatically receive the welcome coin allocation.
A game isn't loading correctly
Try the following steps in order:
- Refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to force a full reload
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are all supported)
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with JavaScript
- Ensure you're using an up-to-date browser version
The age verification modal keeps appearing
If you're seeing the age verification prompt on every visit, your browser may be set to clear local storage when you close it, or you may be using private/incognito browsing mode. Your age verification is stored in local storage — if it's cleared, the prompt will reappear.
Games run slowly on my device
Our games use CSS animations and canvas elements which require a reasonably modern device. On older hardware or slower connections, try closing other browser tabs, disabling other extensions, or using a lighter browser. Mobile devices with less RAM may also benefit from closing background apps.
I need to reset my coin balance
You can reset your coin balance by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. In Chrome, this is done via Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Local and session data. After clearing, revisit the site and you'll receive a fresh welcome coin allocation.
